Debunking Myths on the Impact and Income of Women Sales Forces: New data reveals ways to maximize their potential
With support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GDC partner Hystra recently analysed the data and best practices of 21 organisations that rely principally on women direct sales forces to sell health-related products, to understand whether these assumptions held true. This blog presents some of their results and shares the experiences of several of the 21 organisations to consider the conditions necessary for women sales forces to be a cost-effective choice; assess the income created for sales agents; and share best practices that can help attract and retain women agents.
