ELSA is a logistics and inventory management system that interfaces between suppliers, distributors (including decentralised offices and sales agents), and customers (e.g. retail shops). Product orders are processed and then inventory movement is tracked in real time from supplier to customer. Customers maintain a balance sheet that manages repeat customer orders and payments. ELSA has a web interface and dashboard, a mobile app for sales agents, and a mobile app for customers.

Essmart created its own-built proprietary logistics, invoicing and inventory management system. Hence the software is unique and is tailored to our own needs!
Designing and building the software has come with various challenges (e.g. system bugs, but mostly relationship management with developers vs in-house team).
